ORANJESTAD (AAN): Only 1 day after Alabama Governor Bob Riley proclaimed a boycott against Aruba, the support network for travel agents in America transmitted this for all.

Aruba has to realize that the case is becoming serious. We have just felt an October of super-slow tourism compared with the same time as last year.

The member news update of OSSN, Outside Sales Support Network, which is an organization which gives support to independent travel agents, put this as their first item. They even put this above the travel advisory to France and Monaco.

France is going through serious problems with riots and curfews which have led to a travel advisory. And Aruba where everyone lives in peace and tranquility gets a boycott?

OSSN has more than 6,000 independent travel agents as members in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.
